As TruFin was a new entity, the role also included setting up of the new offices.Key Achievements• Spun out the alternative finance investment arm from within Arrowgrass to incorporate TruFin as a stand-alone operating company whilst simultaneously listing it on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).• Co-ordinated a series of transactions including a reduction in capital; sale of a portfolio company; a demerger of a subsidiary company and its subsequent listing in AIM, all which resulted in the spinning out of Distribution Finance Capital from the TruFin Group.• Directed due diligence on the acquisition of additional companies within the group.• Developed KPI’s for use in management accounts of subsidiary companies.
