Initially brought on as production manager I was involved in the installation and upgrade of the GH Hotel. Following that took on an events booking role with that now evolving into a broad operations role.Requirements now are.Rostering and over seeing SecurityBooking events contract negotiationsAll production roles with 2 assistantsInvolved in Alcohol contract negotiationsMonitoring Alcohol cost of goods and variance Brand activations and promotionsVenue maintenance and quoteLiquor license and capacity applicationsNoise reports and venue upgrades to comply with emissions lawsBrining on new partners to gain new opportunities within the businessFinding new revenue streams for the GH, these have included production rehearsals, TV shows, the space being used as a catering hall for CH7, Comedy festival alliance etc.

This has now evolved into Eventcraft Pty LtdFor over a decade I have been involved in all elements of live venue production trading as JR Productions. 2015 has seen the business expand dramatically now managing production at a number of iconic Melbourne venues with plenty more on the horizon.JR productions now has hire contracts with production in numerous venues and carries lighting and audio consoles.I'm now supplying backline and operators to venues and events with corporate work now becoming a regular thing.Moving forward I will be adding a number of operators to the roster to cater to the growing demand for enthusiastic fresh operators that are genuinely invested in achieving the perfect event.

I have been at the Prince Bandroom since early 2002, I have worked my way up to now being the Production Manager and have worked on hundreds of local and international events.Whilst working here I have also been involved in numerous outdoor festivals including, Stereosonic, Creamfiels, We Love Sounds, Betterdays and Solar just to name a few.
