In collaboration with the AFP Board and staff team, I led AFP to a period of growth in 2016 that, at the time, marked the highest positive net revenue ($745,000) of the past several years. We strengthened our financial position (moving from a -$1.3 million to $1.2 million positive net asset position from June 2016 to October 2017). I promoted key staff, hired additional staff, and reorganized responsibilities.In 2013, I was named one of the Key Players in Fiscal Cliff Tax Issues by The Chronicle of Philanthropy as a result of strategic efforts to preserve the charitable deduction.
