I am responsible for the oversight of nation-wide debt and equity placement transactions. As a borrower advocate, we leverage our relationships with capital providers who provide a full spectrum of solutions including: fully amortizing long-term debt and non-recourse construction transactions to highly leveraged mezzanine, bridge, or preferred equity. My responsibilities begin with the original client call and end with the final funding and transfer to a loan servicing platform. In the interim I perform the following functions:-Analyze the asset’s past operating performance and/or projected future performance;-Recommend a capital structure that best fits the client's objectives;-Create a customized and in-depth underwriting package -Identify potential lenders with investment goals that match the client's desired capital structure;-Promote the transaction to prospective lenders and secure competitive bids; and-Negotiate and close the transaction.
