BioLynceus serves the wastewater, turf, and agriculture industries. I was brought in to turn around the struggling marketing function within the company and to bring in Salesforce CRM. In time, I expanded my role to include sales automation, organizational performance, and IT. My time here has been one of the most rewarding client relationships in the 10+ years of DeepWaterLabs. I led the company’s migration to Salesforce from a legacy CRM software (Infusionsoft) taking into account input from all stakeholders.Worked jointly with the company’s National Sales Manager to develop a sales lead generation process that will increase by 10X the number of sales leads for the company.Created the company’s first pay-per-click (PPC) campaign using Google Ad Words. The campaign had a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 3.30 on a budget of $1800.Created the company’s new website and online store using input from various stakeholders across the company. Championed the implementation of the company’s first interactive chatbot software which created $36,000 of new opportunities for the company in the first 8 weeks.Initiated a new and improved email marketing system through Campaign Monitor. Campaigns frequently result in measurable dollars ($5000+ to date).Collaborated with the Sales team to produce webinars that reinforce connections with clients and create opportunities with prospects. Collaborated with the Director of Operations and the National Sales Manager to create the company’s first documented dual ladder career path for sales reps. Worked with the company’s management team to perform a B Impact Assessment towards becoming a Certified B Corp. Pushed for implementation of Phase/Gate process to counter the number of false initiatives the company pursues.I worked with both the Director of Operations and the National Sales Manager to create a repeatable system for evaluating candidates for our sales rep positions.

I sold 2200+ orders through a brand new Shopify store. I made extensive use of the Facebook Ads platform to drive traffic and purchases. I used SMS Bump software from Yotpo to create several campaigns with more than a 3.0 ROAS. Made extensive use of Klayvio for email marketing. Grew my subscriber list to more than 3,000 in short order. Sold the business in January of 2022.

Helped sell over $6,000 of paid webinar tickets while many venues were closed to in-person presentations. In December of 2021, I was asked to start serving on the board of directors.

I have provided over 130 one-on-one business counseling sessions to small business owners in Larimer county. The focus of these sessions is helping business owners take their sales and marketing efforts to the next level.
