Focused primarily on the Federal market space, responsible for the development of energy efficiency projects by identifying, assessing, and structuring technical and financial solutions for customers' energy efficiency and capital improvement challenges through Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) or other alternative financed solutions. Key activities include coordinating and managing all aspects related to sales, engineering, construction management, and measurement/performance. Communicating and translating between a wide variety of stakeholders frequently leading to successful projects for both internal and external customers while simultaneously mitigating risks. Additionally responsible for budgets and schedules, as well as the development of financial models supporting performance contracts.

Managed the development and implementation of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Directorate of Public Works (DPW) energy program. Managed over $55M annual utility bill, saving client $1.4M in natural gas costs after detailed audit of utility bills and tariffs. Implemented $30M+ in capital alternatively financed energy projects resulting in over $5M in annual savings and developed and implemented energy master plan to ensure mandated reductions could be achieved. Also implemented an advanced metering plan and analysis software with predictive capabilities. Also assisted in the creation of the Energy Master Plan for APG, along with the energy component for the Short Range and Long Range components of the Master Plan. For his work on this project, unofficially (due to being a contractor) awarded the 31st Annual Secretary of the Army Energy Award for Energy Efficiency/Energy Management.
