As a member of the QuickBooks Learning and Development team I have developed training for our desktop and online offerings. As the owner of Jason Swift Photography I was responsible for photographing all events as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. While at Apple I was responsible for teaching Apple software during one-on-one personal train-ing session as well as group workshops for up to 275 people; this required me to be proficient in the software that I taught as well as an effective teacher to a variety of adult learners. During my time at Focus on Events Photography I worked as a photographer and graphic designer. I primarily photographed large group events, such as weddings and corporate events. At these events, in addition to photographing, I would run the onsite printing system using TEPS software and Sony dye sublimation printers. This job allowed me the opportunity to interact with clients and customers from all over the world.

At Miraval I was responsible for teaching basic and intermediate photography to guests of the resort. The classes were taught at the Miraval resort as well as at various locations around Tucson. During my time at Miraval I was given the opportunity to work with many different individuals which required me to adapt my teaching style to meet their needs.

As the only staff photographer for the Territorial Newspapers I was responsible for providing photographs for two newspapers, The Tucson Weekly and Inside Tucson Business. I would photograph anywhere from 5 - 15 assignments per week. Assignments would range from product and food photography to concerts or portraits for news stories. My job at the Territorial Newspapers gave me experience working under deadlines and with a diverse group of people.
