As Head of Global Operations, I manage a team of Operations Associates and Managers across Coleman's three regions, ensuring all personnel partner with Coleman’s 150 employee Global Client Management organization. This requires consistent methodologies for client level revenue forecasting, global headcount modeling, reporting packages, research processes, expert recruitment SOPs, and new hire training.

The Director of U.S. Operations role was designed to streamline best practices and processes across a variety of functions, including expert data reviews, expert scheduling, research, recruitment, forecasting, and headcount requirements.

After successfully launching a new expert recruitment team, which included documenting best practices for expert recruitment and standardized KPIs, I moved into a broader support operations function to better assist Coleman's US Client Management team. This role focused on providing Coleman's Client Management team with best in class training, expert data review and expert scheduling services.

I accepted the challenge of helping to build a more robust new expert recruitment process for one of the top five Expert Network Services firms in the world. The New Expert Recruitment team focused on identifying gaps in Coleman's existing expert network, and proactively recruiting new key opinion leaders to fill those gaps, creating a larger supply of niche experts across a variety of industries for our clients' various research requests.

- Sold social media management software to leading digital marketing agencies and ecommerce retailers- Targeted new clients, cold called, lead product demonstrations and managed entire sales cycle- Utilized CRM software including Salesforce.com to prospect new business and maintain sales pipeline
