Points of Light is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging more people and resources in solving serious social problems through voluntary service. While contracting with the organization, I served as the lead engineer in building and launching several successful new websites. Key projects included: one of the country's first 9/11 victim's memorial websites, launched in the spring of 2002, which provided detailed profiles and connected service opportunities with skilled volunteers in honor of those lost, and; 1-800-volunteer.org, a groundbreaking volunteer service website that grew to 50K service opportunities, 400K volunteers and garnered donations from high profile organizations such as Oracle and Disney.

PricewaterhouseCoopers is a multinational professional services company. A key highlight of my tenure was developing the “Your Path to Homeownership” web-application for Ginnie Mae. I also led efforts with 380 national banks and mortgage companies to replace Ginne Mae's proprietary data submission method with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), achieving 100% participation representing data for approximately 7.2M loans and 3GB of data submissions.
