Continued growth and leadership of the Commercial Processing and Operations Post Closing departments. Lead 2 Supervisors, 4 team leads and 30 employees.Continued to lead positive contract negotiations for multiple vendors. Involved in leading many department projects to continue to enhance and grow how we serve our customers, including a major project to overhaul how we onboard commercial and agricultural loans using Agile methodology.Part of an additional merger in 2022 which resulted in bank growth total of 12 times the size from when I started with the bank. Lead 4 leaders and 26 individuals of the Commercial Processing and Operations Post Closing teams to document all commercial and agricultural loans for the bank and manage all post-closing tasks such as construction draws, collateral management, paid note process, insurance management, documentation and more for all portfolio residential mortgages, consumer loans and commercial loans. Built Operations Post Closing from its infancy to centralize tasks that both allows for and supports lender growth and successful compliance for years to come. During the department build out, we have emphasized and leveraged technology to digitze and create efficiency in all processes.I have also managed third party vendor relationships for both departments. This includes the research of vendors, contract negotiation, managing projects to onboard vendors and facilitating internal training and communications for the successful deployment of new processes.Part of many project teams, including the extremely quick deployment of SBA PPP loans to react to the pandemic. This was a complete build out of a new process put together in days and managed for over a year.I was part of the Operations mergers and acquisitions team to ensure all accounts, account documentation, processes and outstanding tracking items successfully mapped to Nicolet systems over merger weekend. This includes building relationship with staff of the bank being acquired months prior to merger to ensure a seamless transition for the best possible customer and employee experience. During this time period, the bank completed 5 additional acquisitions and grew 4 times from the size it was when I entered the position. This resulted in about 10 times the size of the bank from the time I started with the bank.
