• Responsible for managing all maintenance planning and production of numerous aircraft systems daily. Directly manage the maintenance tracking, scheduling, and data input into tracking software. • Supervise a team of 6 individuals in the maintenance and repair of multiple intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets to include satellite and line of sight communications, RF collection, and electro-optical/infrared sensors across a multi-site platform. • Designated the Customer Operations Manager responsible for ensuring all customer regulations are in compliance, to include but not limited to maintenance training, aircraft logs, and flight permissions. Acted as the direct liaison with the customer. • Assisted the L-3Harris part 145 repair station with the installation of 22 system modifications as well as numerous hardware and software upgrades.

·Responsible for managing all maintenance planning and production of three Bombardier DHC-8-200 aircraft on a daily basis. Directly managed the aircraft maintenance tracking, scheduling and data input into tracking software.·Worked with 26 FAA representatives over 4 years and 44,000 man hours in the successful completion of part 121 certification and implementation of paperless cockpit. Worked directly with the maintenance software company in the development of the first article I-pad application. ·Supervised and coordinated activities of 8 workers including assigning work duties for maximum utilization of manpower and analyzing and resolving work problems. Maintained communications within area of responsibility, informing employees as to plans and progress and promoting teamwork and cooperation.·Supervised and installed numerous aircraft structure and avionics modifications such as WAAS, Unilink, I-pad mounts, Photoluminescent path lighting and Environmental Control System (ECS) upgrade.·Ensured that all work performed complies with applicable technical data, FAA regulations and ACAS policies and procedures and that the technical data and procedures manuals are reviewed, kept current and available·Conducted performance evaluations on employees and made recommendations to management regarding personnel actions such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures.·Designated Run and Taxi master trainer. Responsible for training and evaluating 6 individuals bi-annually.

·Supervised the repair and maintenance of avionics systems for ten sites in the Northeast region. Offered off-site support when in depth troubleshooting was required. Responsible for production scheduling, parts inventory, shipping/receiving, tool calibration, and data entry.

·Managed the Quality Assurance division. Troubleshot and repaired cellular phones at the circuit board level.

·Repaired and maintained Navigation, Communication, Anti-Sub/Surface Warfare and COMSEC systems. Supervised and trained twenty technicians in the repair of twenty-eight P-3A/B/C aircraft. Organized the Maintenance Safety Program.
