Jason Schmitt is a Partner at Dreamten at adplist.org. He possess expertise in adobe creative suite, advertising, animation, workflow, creative direction and 32 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "As one of our school's top Digital Media students, Jason has created everything from sports graphics to SkillsUSA videos. He works extremely hard in all his classes regardless of the material. In Digital Media class he would make a promotional video for a local business, then turn around and create a graphics for our Sports Block athletic show. He has shown proficiency in many computer applications such as Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software, Adobe Premiere. Jason has shown a longing to learn every program he can get his hands on. Even going so far as to getting numerous certifications in industry standard software. Mr. Schmitt is a very intelligent young man. When it comes to school work Jason is very responsible. He understands the importance of preparation and planning. If he is having difficulty he quickly asks for help and works until a problem is solved. Mr. Schmitt is mature and intelligent enough to know that he doesn’t have all the answers and will work till he finds the correct solution. He then shares his knowledge to his classmates both in the classroom and in our SkillsUSA club as the club President. Jason even competes at the state level in SkillsUSA and has won three years in a row getting the privilege to compete at the national level. Students involved with the Sports Block create a sports play-by-play podcast. Jason typically played the roll of Technical Director for us as well as Graphic Artist. He will work for hours live on air switching between shots capturing everything on the field. When it comes to graphics Jason really shines. His graphics work is good enough for national television. ESPN quality graphics were showcased each week on our program and the hours of hard work he would put in was clearly evident. Mr. Schmitt spends a great deal of time doing research about the teams and players to make sure the graphics he creates showcases the talents of the players. In the classroom he leads by example. A strong person intellectually Mr. Schmitt is an excellent example of a high school teenager. Over the past two years I’ve known Jason, he has continued to learn and grow as a student and as a young adult. Without question he takes charge in all situations regarding his education and leads his classmates and teammates on The SportsBlock in the right direction."
