Executive Officer for the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC), an integrated, multi-component (Active, AGR, USAR) battalion of 124 military and civilian personnel whose mission is to ensure the administrative, logistics, and training readiness of over 20,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel annually for deployment and redeployment in support of Overseas Contingency Operations. Directly supervises the primary staff responsible for coordinating and executing personnel administration, intelligence and security, logistics, information, and mobilization operations. Manages and monitors the execution of an annual budget in excess of $1,000,000.

Providing leadership and guidance during offensive, defensive, stability, and civil support operations. Command a Military unit that supports Army National Guard and Army Reserve units within and around the United States. Work with and train other unit commanders with the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of training exercises, mobile teams, and functional assistance visits IAW the training and evaluation support system. Provides branch specific and functional area assistance to units on matters related to mobilization, deployment, combat readiness, training, logistics, and administration. Serve as unit mobilization assistor to ensure preparation, mobilization, and validation of units IAW FORMDEPS for combat or contingency operations.
