• As an IT QA Engineer, I test, commission and train customers on our Warehouse Management System (WAMAS) software. I work alongside Software engineers to ensure there is no end user bugs. I use programs such as Jira, SQL and puTTy. All other testing devises are in house programs. • I am also a Software commissioning engineer on our Vertical lift machines (LogiMat). For this, I travel to a client’s site, network the machine, and install our WAMAS software. After this I complete, I train the customers on the LogiMat. After completion, I am responsible for tier 2 support. • I am also responsible for making documentation on all projects that I work on, this includes testing guides and commissioning guides. These are used to train others on the projects.

As part of the Infrastructure and Security Compliance team my jobs were to:• Reduce reliance on Windows shared drives. • Move all files that are unclaimed to temporary offline storage.• Drive compliance with transfer of files from the shares to other supported business platforms.• Create ways to maintain compliance and structure on files that have not yet migrated from the network drives as well as develop a road map to migrate from share usage.
