Throughout my work career I have always been in positions that cause me to be customer focused and goal oriented. My technical support background has allowed me the opportunity to hone my skills how to interact with a wide range of people. I have learned the importance of active communication to ensure details are not missed. My past 10 years as an Electronics Tech with 2 companies is a great fit for new opportunities. My previous experience in the IT field and my current set of certifications I hold would mean that I would require minimal training to be able to allow me to integrate as a productive member of any organization.Through working in the insurance industry, I have improved my skills in both research and report preparation. Along with the ability to be able to keep my IT skills up to date is very important to me. My work in the assessment and report preparation for damaged items allowed me the opportunity to enhance my analytical and communication skills. I was also presented with many different requirements and protocols and ensured that all were met on schedule.In 2014 I have identified a need for software that can be used in a variety of industries. I developed the concept, gathered required resources, and brought the software to full production and release. Through this process, I have also had to develop technical guides and provide training to customers use the software both in person and on the phone.While working with small businesses I have developed the entrepreneurial spirit that I bring to every job. I devote myself to the need for forward thinking and the importance of budgeting and follow through. I am a believer in “say what you do and do as you say”. With this simple adage, I have always been able to communicate with my team on a level that allows me to move them all forward toward the greater goal.
