• Prepare underwriting for multi-family and student housing acquisitions between $20-70M• Review monthly and yearend reporting packages • Redesign excel based promote waterfall model • Prepare a cost / benefit analysis of cost segregation study, especially for states that charge entity level taxes• Advise on key-employee compensation / retention strategies• Serve as direct contact point for large and sophisticated investors
