Sound Design for Glitter (iOS)

I designed and led project-based workshops for young people aged 7-16 to learn how to solder circuits, code video games in Scratch, build their own instruments and more.

• Directed WFMU's Free Music Archive website (https://freemusicarchive.org) from wireframes through launch (in 2009) to become the world's most popular resource for curated Creative Commons music. I wore many hats (technical + product + curatorial), secured funding (MacArthur Foundation + National Endowment for the Arts), and collaborated with many amazing people at WFMU and around the world.• On the side I hosted weekly radio show called Talk's Cheap with many live musical guests and interviews about music in the digital era.• In 2016, I created an HTML5 Audio player with Flash fallback for WFMU's archives, replacing the previous Flash-only player.
