• Strategic network expansion planning and design using GIS systems, carrier and enterprise data, financial models, and business intelligence• Collaboration with outside plant engineers, municipalities, regulated utilities during design, proposal, and construction of fiber projects• Preparation of technical documentation and orders for dark fiber services to macro wireless sites and small cell sites across NC and SC• Review of all facilities based enterprise sales opportunities with responsibility to accurately estimate capital for fiber optic network construction – driving product pricing to end customer • Review of all facilities based carrier sales opportunities with responsibility to accurately estimate capital required and price services to carrier customer • Development and ongoing management of all carrier wholesale market intelligence, Network maps, Lit Building data, pricing structure across all services.• Successful Design and proposal of new CRAN compliant fiber-based networks North Carolina and South Carolina
