I have 10 years of consulting experience spanning a number of business areas and a total of 15 years of experience leading large complex projects that range from telephony infrastructure to software asset management programs. I’ve built a reputation as an honest and trustworthy advisor who delivers value and world class service to clients. My teams know me as a fierce advocate and coach who will help to develop their skills and their careers. Some key highlights of my leadership experience are below:1. Further developed the client relationships and delivery teams related to software license consulting for a large software vendor in Silicon Valley which allowed an expansion from two regions and 15 consultants to 5 regions and 40 consultants over a 3-year period.2. Lead engagement manager overseeing an international team of 40 to ensure a consistent end customer experience, regardless of location in the world. My role included being an escalation point for internal and customer resources for questions, issues and owning the resolution process. 3. Being selected to serve as a people management leader (PML) less than 3 months achieving a management role when this role is generally reserved for managers with at least a year of experience. Less than 5 months later, 4 additional resources requested to have me serve as their PML due to my reputation as a coach and advocate.4. Chosen as the US representative to attend and present at global meetings with key client resources from various regions due to my reputation and visibility with the client resulting in renewal of our contract and a net increase of 15% in billed revenue Outside of work, I work with local rescues to foster dogs of all kinds to help them find loving forever homes. I support my local food bank in any way I can. I enjoy volunteering and love group volunteering projects and have volunteered with organizations including hearts and hammers, local youth shelters, and with environmental cleanup crews. I enjoy midcentury modern design and am an avid collector of MCM furniture and art. I enjoy learning and regularly challenge myself to learn new things (both professionally and personal passions). I have a variety of creative hobbies including painting and drawing, sewing and knitting, and cooking and baking.
