Jason has spent his entire career focused on advising attorneys, business owners and high net worth individuals on matters involving business valuation and forensic accounting, in the context of marital dissolution, probate and trust litigation, commercial litigation, estate/gift taxation and for transaction purposes.Over his career, Jason has regularly defended his analyses and conclusions for clients in high stakes situations and has testified as an expert witness at hearings, deposition and trials.Prior to establishing Soman Stewart, Jason formed his own firm after cultivating his skills at prestigious CPA and consulting firms, where he trained under the nation's foremost experts in business valuation and forensic accounting.Jason earned his bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and from Queens College and has completed a certificate program in Advanced Valuation with NYU’s Stern School of Business.
