I’ve built my in-house career at mid to late-stage B2B enterprise software and SaaS companies. My experience includes a blend of legal advisory, business strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit across a broad range of subject areas, including SaaS and software licensing, data security and privacy, contract drafting and negotiation, technology transactions, product counseling, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate governance, labor and employment, dispute resolution, and litigation management. Outside of my work, I enjoy building Lego, tinkering with cars, watches, and tech, and experimenting with side hustles.
