    Served as Chairman of the Membership Committee for the group from 2016-2019. Previously served as President from 2012-2016. Prior to that, I served as Vice President, and on the Web Site (initial creation and ongoing maintenance) and Communication Committees.The Mitel User Group is an independent, non-profit organization whose goals are to provide knowledge about Mitel products and services, networking opportunities within the group and with Mitel executives and product specialists, and basic to intermediate training on Mitel products and services.During my tenure as President, we grew the group from about 150 members in 2013 to over 2250 as of 2016. The focus now shifts to providing additional value to members, Mitel, and the partner community.As a Mitel User Group member, I have had countless opportunities to meet with peers who are truly passionate about the technology solutions they provide their organizations and/or customers. Led multi-phase project to merge NST and SkillPath data in one combined Salesforce system as well as performing numerous data cleansing and deduplication operations to optimize system efficiency for the end-users.Direct management of Help Desk, System Administration, Software Development and LMS support teams.Coordinated the relocation of 100+ new employees due to acquisition, involved building allocation, computer and phone system setups, cubicle and office configurations.Relocated customer service call center to new building. Directed all technical details of move, which included optimizing configurations of building systems: HVAC, electrical, security, phones & data center.Upgraded Mitel phone systems to include virtualized primary PBX, voicemail, and supporting systems, retaining physical systems for resiliency and trunking gateways.
