Having worked with companies such as Philips, Google, HSBC, NatWest, and the World Health Organisation, he has honed his ability to effectively apply psychological science in a variety of contexts, delivering tangible results. Jason has worked individually with senior leaders and executives to resolve blocks to performance improvement. He adapts evidence-based psychological strategies to a client's circumstances and challenges. He has also designed and implemented Psychologically Healthy Organisations models to impact team/organisational functioning across crucial business metrics ranging from improved staff retention to enhanced job engagement. Jason has continued to be active in research throughout his applied practitioner career, applying his expertise in research and evaluation to his consultancy work.
