Working at the International Institute for Management Development in the Operations team as a Program Coordinator. IMD is an independent academic institution with Swiss roots and global reach, founded over 75 years ago by business leaders for business leaders. Its purpose is to Challenge what is and inspire what could be by developing leaders who transform organizations and contribute to society.- Effectively manage all IMD program logistics from A to Z assuring the highest level of excellence is consistently met in the program preparation and delivery. - Ambassador for IMD programs and responsible for ensuring a memorable and smooth client and participant experience. - Provide logistical communication and support to participants prior and during the entirety of the program. - Coordinate a portfolio of different programs from Open to Custom varying from one day to several weeks in different program delivery formats such as face to face, virtual, hybrid, on-line and off-campus. - Ensure accurate communication, instruction and follow-up is delivered to all stakeholders across IMD, collaborating with internal and external suppliers here in Lausanne and across the globe.

I had the opportunity to work side by side with the Fairmont Montreux Palace concierge, elected best concierge in Switzerland 2016. A concierge in a luxury hotel must insure the well being of the guests during their stay and satisfy all kinds of demands, even the most particular ones. He is in perpetual contact with all the other sectors of the hotel and also manages any communication with the outside (car rentals, travel agencies, bookings, different purchases, etc..). He also remembers all habits and preferences of the guests so he can satisfy their needs during their next stay.
