I’m an Entrepreneur. I grew up in the Milton Hershey School (formerly defined as an 'orphanage or school for disadvantaged kids'), founded by Milton Hershey, one of America's greatest Entrepreneurs. Alumnus of the year for Milton Hershey in 2014, proud moment. In my mid 20's I was a self taught software developer & created the first coupon web site in 1995. Focused on it from 1995-2000. Raised $500k in VC from Jupiter Media (JUPM) in 1999, and sold MyCoupons to Save.com (then owned by Valassis (NASDAQ: VCI) in 2000. I went on to create and build Direct Response Technologies, Inc (2000 to 2006) which provided DirectTrack tracking technology. Received expansion capital from the State of North Dakota in 2002, and sold Direct Response to Digital River (NASDAQ: DRIV) in 2006. I focused on GiftCards.com from 2007 to 2016. We had 100+ employees, and the #1 gift card site in the world. We sold over 10 million gift cards, with value of over $1 billion. January 6, 2016, we sold GiftCards.com to Blackhawk Network (HAWK). A public company at that time. I'm now focusing on Wolfe, LLC. Operationally - Wolfe is building GiftYa, PerfectGift.com, GiftCardGranny, & GiveInKind. We have ~200 employees, we plan to improve the gift card which has not changed in 30yr. I’m also former Chairman of the Pittsburgh Technology Council - I was a board member for 9 yr and chairman of the board for 4yr. I was on the board of Family Design Resources (foster care service). I'm currently on the Board of Managers of the Milton Hershey School and on the Board of Directors of the Hershey Trust Company.Recently we were honored by the Business Times as the #1 Fastest Growing company in Pittsburgh. Our flagship product was called 'DirectTrack', and eventually we launched KeywordMax too. We sold Direct Response Technologies to DigitalRiver (DRIV) ~22m - in early 2006. Our platform was delivering and tracking roughly 12b transactions per month. -

In my mid 20's I launched the first coupon site online - called MyCoupons.com (prior was called CouponsDirect) in 1995. Was able to build it to the largest online coupon site with 20m page views per month, raise $500k in VC from Jupiter Media, and sell MyCoupons to Save.com /Valassis for ~23m in 2000 in a 5 year deal at the peak of the Dot Com era. The bubble burst a short time later, and the deal unwound in 2001 after the bubble burst.
