Leveraging the same Order Ahead platform as deployed for Subway (App, Web, Kiosk, Multi-Currency, Multi-Lingual, Pickup, Delivery, Curbside, Catering), Avanti extended the architecture to become a true Global Distribution System akin to Sabre and Amadeus in the travel industry. In support of the GDS-at-scale vision, Avanti launched two products in-market. inBOUND™ SaaS for restaurant operators, and MERCATO PaaS is for restaurant groups. Implemented payment facilitator (PayFac) to power Simon Malls' pilots of QuickEATS in Houston and Miami,

Head of Product and General Manager for two global Subway Digital initiatives; Order Ahead (online ordering) and Subway Payment Manager (POS middleware). Acted as General Manager while building this business unit from the ground up (founded as Cardant Software Inc., acquired by Subway). Led architecture for payments middleware, integrated to many POS platforms, having routed >5 Billion credit, debit, SVA/gift and loyalty transactions in multiple currencies. Led payments R&D team with expertise in full-stack card-present and CNP transactions with innovations around early Mobile Wallet implementations (ApplePay, Google Wallet, SoftCard, PayPal, and Paydiant). Built and supported multiple ERP integrations for Supply Chain, Business Intelligence and Payment Infrastructure. Completed multi-year PCI-DSS audits where scope included the POS, customized terminals, P2P Encryption, payment gateways and sponsored MIP/MDEX.

I joined the founder to shore up technical and program management for the multi-currency, dual-wallet, electronic gift and loyalty platform. Supported business development and marketing activities through to acquisition.
