Work with PASS user group chapters in the North Central region (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska). Provide support to the chapters to assist with their continuing success, including helping to arrange speakers and sponsors for meetings. Meet with community member to form user groups and host SQL Saturday events in areas of the region that lack a strong SQL Server community.

The Chairperson will develop the agenda and preside over the meetings of the Executive Board. Serve as the liaison to the national PASS chapter. Ensure the policies of PASS are followed and carried out.
