Proposal was presented to the CEO of Chili!soft, approved and changes were implemented resulting in an increase in computer systems responsiveness and uptime.After acquisition by Cobalt Networks, worked with both management teams to establish effective network communications between both headquarters with a minimal impact on project schedules.Led the IT integration of the Cobalt Networks Bellevue office into Sun Microsystems, Inc.’s network requiring major system and network changes. Post integration, continued to modify Bellevue office systems to align with Sun Microsystems, Inc.’s standards.Following my recommendation, along with Quality Assurance and Development departments, built a 100 square foot development and test lab.

Worked with several groups within the City of Kent and left the IT group with a complete audit of software installed in the city.
