This starts with putting the right people in the right positions, coaching them to excel at their strengths, and supporting them to exceeding their expectations and contributing to the overall success of the team’s culture.Leadership is great, but it needs to be met with results. I think I"m most proud of the fact that the teams I've lead have continuously met or exceeded the objectives placed upon us. My most recent year saw my team achieve over 103% of quota against a hyper-growth target.I've been in consulting, product and sales leadership roles for over 20 years. Throughout my years I've done everything from coding to implementing to designing to selling the technologies.Prior to joining Luminate, I was the VP of Enterprise Sales where I had responsibility for all Enterprise-wide commercial business, higher education along with our Federal practice. In that role, we successfully grew the business from $3M to over $75M in just three short years. Some key wins included; Facebook, IBM, University of Michigan and Dignity Health.
