This role is responsible for performing quality checks on remediation project tasks with a view to ensuring that quality, consistent and fair remediation standards apply for all customers throughout the remediation experience as per procedures. Identifying and providing remediation themes and recommended improvements to processes. I have been providing a level of training to new staff and existing staff on the policies and procedures applied and adhered to in the remediation program. I have also been assisting with the development of assessment criteria around key risk indicators. I have recently been managing key stakeholder relationships between the consulting firm, the client and their network to help provide clarity around adviser themes.

This role was responsible for providing financial solutions with respect to retirement planning and wealth accumulation to a vast range of clientele. The position was responsible for conducting interviews, drawing up financial plans that incorporate investment and retirement strategies. Compliance to policies set by the industry as well as the Dealer (Police Credit) being adhered to. During my time in this role I redesigned the ongoing service packages of the business, fostered the fee for service proposition and designed a very competitive fee structure / value proposition for clients of the Co-operative especially in the Emergency Services section of our client base. I provided weekly research to our investment committee meeting and conduct quarterly client seminars based upon this research.
