My background includes 20+ years of accounting and financial management experience in the areas of public accounting, corporate accounting, and both heavy-highway and commercial construction.I began my career auditing public and private companies while working with Kiesling Associates LLP and later with KPMG LLP. I then joined United Rentals as a district accounting manager, and earned successive promotions over a five year period, working as a regional accounting manager and later as a district controller of a $90 million division of United Rentals Highway Technologies. The implementation of the ESOP was the single most challenging and rewarding professional achievement of my career. Chasse has consistently been rated as a Best Place to Work, and now we were able to very clearly establish a direct correlation between each participants efforts and financial reward for those efforts, while also solidifying the sustainability of the organization for years to come.
