Jason is an accomplished business leader, entrepreneur, and inventor with more than 28 years of experience in the energy and clean-tech industries.In 2020, Jason invented a patent pending technology to eliminate methane venting at oil and gas locations and co-founded Kathairos Solutions to address emerging emissions regulations. Under his operational leadership, Kathairos grew to No.1 in market share and successfully eliminated over 150,000 MT CO2e, in June 2024, at +2000 locations throughout North America. Prior to Kathairos, Jason spent eight years at Ferus in progressively more senior roles including, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President - Engineering. During his tenure he was responsible for the design, engineering and construction of several cryogenic facilities and served as Chair of CSA Standard Z276. Jason also held numerous leadership positions over a fifteen year career at Toromont and Enerflex.Jason holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador and a professional designation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
