CurrentAs part of the US Market Access organization, serve as an Abbvie executive liaison and direct the overall AbbVie US Commercial business relationship for a key national managed care organization including the following business units: Commercial Health Plan, PBM, Managed Medicare, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicaid, Supply Chain and Medical Plan Managed Pharmaceuticals. Work to penetrate and strengthen execution in new and/or emerging areas in medical, provider relations, case management, specialty pharmacy and employer group alignment. Negotiate formulary access, coverage tier placement, rebate discount contracting and utilization management for over $24 billion in gross sales of portfolio business. Collaborate with Market Access Marketing to analyze contract performance with pricing and review of rebate packages to address opportunities and under-performance. Shape brand strategy, marketing campaigns and roll out pull-through promotion to field teams to maximize contract & formulary position. Work with pricing and contracting to develop Divisional-contracting strategies.• As a key member of the corporate task force, shaped the strategy for the overall organizational approach to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) 2025 portfolio bids successfully allowing our organization to provide substantive responses for over 20 products to all 3 major PBM accounts within budget• Served as team lead to navigate bidding for the 2 largest national medicare accounts that produced successful bids and drove key executive interactions that drove substantive strategic alignment•Presently leading 340B claims adjustment process while driving mutual organizational goals in the space
