I work as a Technical Trainer, teaching people how to effectively use and maintain our line of desktop and industrial composite 3D printers.

I was one of two field service engineers in charge of doing maintenance and training on over 20 HP multijet fusion printers, as well as doing installs, maintenance, and training on Markforged printers at various customer sites in California and other states. As an application engineer I was also utilized as a resource to help evaluate customer parts to find the best type of printer solution for their parts. I also attended trade shows to help the sales team generate leads and provide more in depth technical knowledge for possible customer questions.

I worked as an Application and Field Service Engineer, my duties included all maintenance and usage of the HP MultiJet Fusion 4200 that we had installed at our site, as well as any customer repairs or installs that needed to be performed.

I taught classes on how to use 3d printers and what advances were being made in the field. I also helped people to review their designs and figure out if there would be any problems during printing, or how to adjust the print time/quality to their specifications.

I oversee 50+ engineering first year students, making sure that they have all of the resources that they need to be able to survive their first year, academically as well as mentally. I am also one of the 3 leads for the Enginuity Capstone, which is a year long project that is meant to be completed by the engineering residents.

I was in charge of synthesizing monomers and polymers to be used in researching new technologies to increase the efficiency of photovoltaic cells. I utilized a full range of synthesis equipment as well as using NMR to verify the purity of the polymers that I was synthesizing.
