Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Fiscal Service's implementation and on-boarding of HUD's administrative and financial systems and services. It was a multi-year, multi-projects program bringing financial management, procurement, travel, and HR services and applications to HUD under this shared services delivery model. HUD is now the Fiscal Services largest agency customer.

Managed the Bureau's projects from a portfolio sense as well as the actual project management delivery. Built and grew the Bureau's PMO, its project management practices, and its stable of Project Managers and Customer Relationship Managers.

Managed the Bureau's new customer onboarding projects. Chief architect of the planning which entails a variety of project plans and integrated scheduling with the customer agency and associated sponsorship. Led the overall design, development, and planning associated with the creation and rollout of the Bureau’s Project Management Office (PMO).

Guided the boys’ soccer program for the past four seasons including the 2020 and 2021 fall seasons that required special playing and player safety precautions and various COVID-19 impacts. Due to extraordinary circumstances in 2022, the girls team folded and I offered the chance for the girls to join the boys team. In collaboration with the school administration, community sponsors, and supporters, I led fundraising for new player uniforms, bags, and team equipment. Team has included 50 different players in this span with an overall record of 54-24-8. There has been three (3) 1st Team All-State players (including the State’s Midfielder of the Year) during this time with the senior honorees playing in the North/South All State Game. At the completion of the 2021 and 2022 seasons, I was recognized as a “Star Teacher” award winner as a key influential supporter to my players. Managed the 2006 Servicing Release business team in the definition of scope, requirements, and other project planning and change activities in order to safely integrate the firm’s servicing architecture with a vendor servicing application. Managed a staff of fourteen (14) business engineers and assigned release and technical resources.

Directed multiple ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) developments simultaneously across multifunctional and geographically dispersed teams ranging from 10 to 20 individual contributors.

Lead member of a software team developing under the rapid application development paradigm. The mission was to deliver an assortment of web applications to the customer's globally dispersed DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) ATM Program (350+ users) via the Internet. Held DoD Secret Clearance.

Managed all facets of the software lifecycle in the successful deployment of a cost management information system. This particular MIS’ goal was to give the enterprise a suite of tools in which to better manage their projects' financial information.

Managed all financial and project planning aspects of a $20M / year government defense contract (DISA).
