I supported users across the country. Part of my role was to address issues that less experienced technicians were able to resolve. I regularly tracked issues in the environment, processed them, found the root cause (RCA)(drawing in additional resources as needed), and eliminated the "problem" from the environment. Additionally, I trained my teammates to find and resolve these issues as well.I assisted in the setup and installation of the computer room (servers/network equipment) for an office relocation and managed the end user hardware setup and testing for 500 local users.I found and implemented improved processes that saved the company one million dollars over the first 2 years of implementation
