This involved developing and maintaining a business plan for the sponsor program in order to meet or exceed the overall business objectives. Responsibilities also included leading a team of 3 employees, budgeting & sales targets ($3.5M+ annually), maintaining current sponsor list of over 120 partners, sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, and sponsor follow-up and support. The highlight of the position was being involved with successful hosting of the record-setting 2002 & 2010 CFL Grey Cup games & festival.
