Led several production support teams through application triage, maintenance, and stabilization efforts to increase application up-time, reliability, and resilience. Converted teams from Waterfall methodology to Scaled Agile. Managed finances, balancing $3-6 million demand with capacity. Produced autonomous, engaged teams who regularly engendered trust with business partners and who had the confidence to take on the next development challenge. Maintained application compliance with OCC, SOX, KYC, OFAC, and other regulations. In general, gave credit where it was due and attempted to improve the lives of those around me. Managing the various technology teams was more than a job; it was a human enterprise filled with the ability to learn from and teach others.
