Develops monthly, annual and 3 years maintenance work plans, activities and programs for the Equipment Testing and Diagnostic Section and Substation Maintenance and Repair Section. Analyze, review and recommend corrective measures based on statistical data and test results of preventive maintenance activities. Control and monitors the issued preventive, corrective and technical assistance work orders issued. Designs and implements comprehensive data base for easy retrieval, location and storage of all processed documents including manuals, procedures and test results. Designated Pollution Control Officer and appointed as Safety Officer for the Division until Safety Officer position was offered as permanent position in our Division.

Evaluates daily's operator patrol checklist and prepare equipment condition report when necessary. Coordinates with the Operations Planning and Control Section and the Principal Engineer of Cadiz Substation for corrective work schedule. Monitors daily, checks and review shift operator's report, logbooks data. Prepares substation operation and maintenance program also includes the preparation of monthly safety and energy conservation reports. Conducts and supervise the implementation of substation equipment and facilities inspection and servicing works. Maintains comprehensive and accurate data on substation operation and maintenance. Assist Prin. Engineer in the evaluation of Substation equipment material requirements.

Implement, monitor and help the company acquirements in passing the Internationally recognized Integrated Management System (IMS) certification from TUV auditors. Make necessary programs and procedures for proper documentation, safety and health trainings and environmental awareness with coordination from company's Department Manager.
