Responsible for $1.3 billion in revenue, a team of 10 Directors of Account Management with over 60 indirect Account Managers, and management oversight of over 40 key customer accounts

Managed a team of 3 Directors of Operations with 230 Operations, Sales, and Call Center employees to lead the creation of a new company (Ignite) that would target a different population of sellers and buyers (vehicles with minor or no damage) and to improve operations at 2 fast-paced Call Centers.

Managed a new team of 6 to include 4 Instructional Designers, 1 Education Specialist, and 1 Learning Management System Administrator after designing an organizational structure that best supported IAA’s business plan and direction.

Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of in-house corporate accounting, financial reporting, operating, customer reporting, and business intelligence systems. Managed a team of 3 (Assistant Controller, A/P Manager, Settlement and Contracts Manager) with 14 accounting associates.
