The national awards for excellence in fundraisingThese awards are a chance to recognise the dedication and passion of our team and partners in creating outstanding campaigns that truly make an impact for those affected by Australia’s deadliest female cancer.The team was honoured to have won:*Best Strategic Partnership for ‘Take on Cancer in Your Undies’ our partnership with Hanes Brands.The campaign saw nearly 50,000 pairs of teal undies sold through Bonds, Jockey and Bras N Things and Coles supermarkets – raising over $300,000 and helping increase awareness of ovarian cancer to a new and far-reaching audience.*Impact Through Events for ‘Workout 4 Women 2021’.In its second year, we reshaped this challenge which yielded a 143% increase in participants (including loyalty/churn focus) and delivered an 895% ROI.These achievements wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity, dedication, and talents of the incredible partners we work with.Was able to step into the interim CEO role for a period during my tenure here. -
Marketing DirectorMovember Jul 2019 - Oct 2021MebourneMovember APAC and part of the global leadership team.Highlights include:- Building the marcomms strategy for three Movember campaigns- Worked through a re-brand which subsequently saw us grow income, with a focus on retention and value per head though the app- Planning and launching a number of programs and health interventions, including Dad In Progress (below)- Launching new fundraising products and bringing in new partnerships, including Monopoly (case study below), saw the launch of a limited edition board game and demonstrated 'health by stealth' and weaved in health via the gameplay. The campaign sold 30,000 units and the campaign concluded with an art gala where renowned Melbourne artists reimagined Mr. Monopoly for 2020 and auctioned their works.- Created a successful and disruptive moment to win back revenue fronting into the age-old problem of pash rash. As an extension to this campaign launched the world's first pash rash moisturiser with Triumph & Disaster and an innovative 'Show Us Your Mo' out of home activation with JC Decaux that scanned facial hair and rewarded MoBros with the pash rash product, Movember Rain. (also linked to below via Campaign Brief and JCDecaux).- Supercharged the annual MayEight campaign to help men connect virtually via a day-long wellness festival, featuring workouts, mindfulness, comedy, and gigs. It was our most successful MayEight to date. -
