I led a team of project coordinators and Vendor Managed Service (VMS) provider responsible for the capture and entry of the asset data to include manufacturers data, NRTL certifications, commissioning documentation and preventive maintenance activities.I have been recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in the field that has exceeded expectations for the work that I have performed in inventorying and recording asset data for 25K+ assets globally. I was responsible for a $1M budget for the development of the databases, maintenance of equipment and staffing. Created and drove Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the execution of the maintenance actions to include reports to key stakeholders up to and including executive level communications.• Created 10,000+ actionable, recurring, autogenerated preventive maintenance items by consulting the manufacturers’ manuals and technical support for recommended and required maintenance actions globally.• Created training for system use and trained 300+ users of the CMMS system and 250+ users of the scheduling database. I ensured that the VMS provider had properly staffed technicians at staffed sites. I also verified that sites without onsite staffing for the Facilities group had the proper contracts in place for any preventive and reactive maintenance needs to include expectations for service level agreements (SLA) for the time to completion. I used my $1M+ budget for space planning within the areas assigned to the Facilities organization within the building with all necessary training, tools and spare parts were provided for the VMS team throughout the startup projects.• I captured the mechanical equipment installed in the building to include recommended spare parts and preventive maintenance needs determined and entered into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database. • I ensured the parts were tracked with the installing vendor to ensure that the installing vendor’s onsite team receives the parts on the determined dates where they will be put away in the appropriate bin locations. This stipulation was added as appendix to the contract for the installing vendor’s onsite team to stow the parts in appropriate bin locations for all site types in the network. This project accounted for $300K-$500K savings in lost and reordered critical spares per site while providing a 95% accuracy for spare parts for Day 1 operations. Show less
