• Serves on the Contest Management Committee • Supports the administration for all regular season and postseason events, arranging for facilities, officials, security, and other elements of quality event management. • Assists Facilities Director with Contest Management venue preparation duties including oversight of planning, staffing, set-up, and breakdown. • Serve as a liaison for opposing teams and officials and assist with any of their needs.

• Helped the Director of Baseball Operations set up events and daily tasks to create a winning environment. • Planned event nights such as scholarship night. Reached out to politicians in Rhode Island and confirmed their attendance for the night. Led the coordination and planning for the night at the ballpark.• Overlooked sponsorship and promotional items for each gameday. Coordinated with sponsors to bring in promotional items and made sure each promotional item was present during the game. Also coordinated with sponsors for in game prizes for between inning competitions.• Led in game promotions including gathering kids/teens for in-between inning events. Helped with crowd control and hospitality before and during games.• Managed and oversaw events hosted at our events at our private event space next to the Cardines Field

I coached a 12u and 16u baseball team. I helped developed kids skills and prepared them for the next step in baseball.

I oversaw the development of kids ages 6-12. A week long camp where we focused on helping kids understand and enjoy the game of baseball. We taught kids how to do everything related to baseball from simple skills to learning the basics of the game.

I came up with drills on and off the ice for aspiring hockey players. Helped set up and create an environment in which kids would want to continue to develop and grow in the game of hockey. I oversaw a group of kids from the ages 5-14 for a week as they looked to become better hockey players and people.
