Lead mechanical test efforts and manage lab. Managed technical projects to improve the performance and lower the cost of multiple systems on NASCAR race cars. Assisted teams in data analysis and race performance via trackside testing. Reported to Technical Director.

Collaborated with crew chief to develop shock programs and provide track support (revalved shocks, tested shock setups, determined/executed changes) at NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events. Installed Pi Research data-acquisition systems; tested and calibrated sensors; and repaired wiring looms.

Hired as a Shock Specialist. Reopened the shock program; improved quality and cost savings. Promoted within six months to Crew Chief. Reorganized the shop; hired staff; trained shop and road crews in mechanics, wiring, car prep and team building; supervised a team of 12 at the shop and track. Reported to the team owner.

Recruited to start up a NASCAR Busch North Series team. Personally selected all team members (8 full time; 23 total at races), including the driver. Trained, supervised and motivated crew. Started a shock program to develop, build and test shocks. Transitioned team from Ferrari road racing to a full-time NASCAR team.
