As Vice President, I was one of the production leaders for all studio and remote soccer production for the company. This involved efficiently allocating a multi-million-dollar production budget and supervising day-to-day producers in the development of each show’s content and overall look.Our success was based on my open door policy with our production staff and talent, providing feedback and mentorship in front of and behind the cameras. I was one of NFL Network's first production hires for their startup in 2003. From the beginning, I was charged with producing off-season tent pole programming leading up to the NFL Draft.In 2004, I headed up a crew that provided, for the first time, daily coverage behind the scenes of the NFL Combine. By 2005, it expanded to provide exclusive, never scene before coverage of on-field player workouts designated by position groups. This has become a foundational event for NFL Network. In 2005, I lead a production crew that produced a daily wrap up show from the Senior Bowl practice days. In subsequent years, that expanded to live daily practice coverage leading up to game day. I developed and produced original shows including NFL Replay, NFL Rookie Premiere, The Road to Canton (Hall of Fame Show), Hollywood Fantasy Football League, and Drew Brees Celebrity Golf Classic.NFL Replay is a first of its kind weekly show that condensed the top NFL games of the weekend into a fast-paced entertaining 90-minute program. It features exclusive NFL Films footage and wired sound, post-game soundbites from key participant and unique pop-up statistics that enhanced the storytelling. I directed and managed a team of 10 producers and editors for this show.For the NFL Draft, I oversaw production of 700+ player tapes which broke down their techniques and abilities for our pundit team led by Mike Mayock, now the General Manager of the Las Vegas Raiders. In addition I was a show producer for NFL Total Access, the network's flagship news and information daily show.
