Key achievements in the role included creating an automated annual leave booking sheet which was cascaded to 34 sites to ensure this was annual leave was booked against the site allocation (FTE allocation based on national call demand).

Trained and coached Safeway staff across 11 sites in the cash office function that were in the process of transitioning to the Morrison’s fascia. I developed three week training and coaching plan for each staff member in the function, I delivered group training sessions to staff whilst overseeing the transition of the work area to the Morrison’s format by engaging with estates to ensure all changes were made.Delivered function overview presentation to the senior management team, and engaged with the senior management prior to store handover to ensure clarity on any risks or individual performance areas.Key achievements in the role included the successful handover of 11 stores from the conversion team with successful roll out and all roll cash loss targets met.
