I first joined Spud Software, a developer of custom software solutions for clients ranging from small, local start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies, to assist with their sales and marketing efforts. Now, in an expanded role leading business development for the PACManager workflow software solution, I’m leveraging the power of data analytics and operational efficiencies to give clients profound business insights and productivity. No matter what industry a business serves, PACManager provides additional ammunition in their arsenal that not only differentiates them from their competition, but gives insight into every aspect of a business - from streamlining processes and sales to identifying bottlenecks, creating projections, and implementing KPIs. I leveraged my previous business process and marketing experience to launch my own business, Horsepower Media Group, a marketing development, graphic design, and strategic communications agency specializing in affordable corporate-related products and creative services. As owner and creative director, I led market and product analysis for corporate clientele and developed strategies for their identification, branding, advertising, and product launch campaigns.

I managed the operating activities of this this entrepreneurial endeavor in partnership with my father. The Horsepower Heritage automotive art gallery represented 62 of the top automotive artists. As part of my role, I coordinated brand management, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, sales collateral, and tradeshow marketing. Also during my tenure, I organized a comprehensive and successful automotive-themed fundraising art competition that generated revenue for a community non-profit organization.

HEART International was an automotive engineering and manufacturing company, specializing in the production of development vehicles. As Marketing Manager, I led marketing and communications functions as well as establishing the corporate marketing strategy, materials, and activities. As the communications liaison between sales, manufacturing, and our customers, I also served as the media coordinator and program management liaison for the International Truck and Engine SMART Truck 3 development program.

TDM was one of the most proficient specialty vehicle development suppliers in the automotive industry. I transitioned my career to lead teams in both marketing and program management for this automotive design and manufacturing firm. I prepared and produced corporate promotional materials and events, quotes, and proposals as well as developed catalogs, course guides, and training brochures to create a clear understanding of complex product features and to assist effective sales. During my tenure, I led marketing and graphic material design and implementation during the development phase of the Ford Ranger Electric Vehicle program.

I drew on my communications and media studies degree to lead sales and marketing efforts for this specialty vehicle development business, including the preparation and coordination of quotes and proposals, maintenance of the corporate database and marketing studies, and management of fleet customer contacts and communications.
