Worked on the project from the initial concept phase, through the design and test store buildout phase, and finally through in-depth consumer research into the concept. The project involved working with an agency, as well as several different groups within Purina and Target. These groups included NPPC sales, NPPC consumer insights, Target’s buying group, and Senior Target executives. Target remodeled 10% of the chain with the new concept in 2018.• Nominated for Purina Best in Show Award in March 2018 for leadership on reinvention project.• Led store-specific planogram system (JDA POG Generator) implementation for Nestle Purina’s Target Category Team. Implementation went live in March 2018, and drove positive comps in several segments.• Leveraged Nielsen and internal Target data to make the case for segmenting Litter planograms in stores with a heavy Hispanic shopper base.
