- Designed, produced, and implemented 7 3-D printed jigs using the rapid prototyping process and SOLIDWORKS CAD, resulting in increased workflow efficiency and adherence to trim alignment quality standards.- Invented, produced, and implemented a 3-D printed fixture that secures varying electrical plug types to an industrial junction box while allowing for concurrent access to other electrical outlets. Enables uninterrupted power supply, and therefore, on-demand access to production tracking and documentation access kiosks.- Independently documented the construction of the company’s second-largest boat, creating documentation and standard work instructions that allowed production of the boat to resume after near-zero production levels.- Documented another distinct boat’s construction with an engineering team. Identified opportunities for optimization throughout, and compiled documentation that is critical for training and reference purposes. - Tested multiple candidate tools to prevent a source of recurrent damage to a $5m+ inventory of boat part molds.- Identified inefficiencies and safety concerns within the production environment and implemented corrective actions including the installation of additional pressure regulators and the use of stronger lift point fasteners.- Gained certification in OSHA 10: General Industry and forklift operation.
