I have worked for multiple youth serving organizations for 20+ years in various roles. My journey started with Homeward Bound in college where I had the opportunity to lead kids on climbing and caving trips at Enchanted Rock State Park. After college, Second Nature allowed me to teach experiential education and work with at-risk youth in a wilderness environment. At Camp Balcones Springs, my love for the summer camp experience was born. I witnessed the impact that quality relationships can have on lives of campers and staff. Now, at Sky Ranch, I have the opportunity to support multiple types of camp ministry at multiple locations through health and safety and risk management. I am a level headed, principal driven employee with a strong work ethic. I believe in leading by example and with compassion. I have a knack for digesting information and training others on that material. I also love to design, build and implement systems and troubleshoot problems in them. I am a disciplined, detail oriented "High C" who deeply treasures the relationships around me. I enjoy making professional acquaintances.
